Responsibilities:
Stakeholder/Business Management:
- Managing client product support for customers contacting the support center via call, chat, or email.
- Providing customer support to international clients through inbound and outbound calling.
- Presenting client products to customers, such as Analytics and YouTube.
- Ensuring efficient and timely service delivery across teams for multiple clients.
- Collaborating with functional leads to enhance process efficiency and productivity.
- Working with the business development team to expand services and acquire new clients.
- Developing and managing risk mitigation plans in consultation with project stakeholders.
- Serving clients through account managers or directly through various applications.
- Reporting performance status and escalations to the manager.
Web Design:
- Creating internet/intranet web pages adhering to client requirements within agreed timelines.
Marketing Collateral Design:
- Designing client marketing collaterals and presentations following brand guidelines and timelines.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Providing information and educating customers, updating trackers and tools, and keeping stakeholders informed of new issues.
People/Team:
- Actively participating in knowledge sharing sessions.
- Contributing to organizational activities.
